Mnera Posted April 13, 2016 Share Posted April 13, 2016 The program I am planning to accept asks me to mail them a paper document. It is unlikely that it will be delivered by 15th of April. Scan the document and email the pdf to your department's contact (probably the DGS) and also to the official place you need to send the document to.
