1)   Conceptualised, Designed & Fabricated an electrically powered Multipurpose Cleansing Device. Employed concepts from Solid & Fluid Mechanics to design the brush mechanism, an air-spray system and a water jet system. Awarded Silver Medal for the Best Major Project in Mechanical Engineering. Won 3^rd place in Open House Competition.

2)   Stress Analysis of Tongue & Groove Joints in Solid Propellant Motor segments in PSLV & GSLV launch vehicles at ISRO. Developed a Stress Estimation Method employing analytical relations to evaluate stresses arising due to ovality; compared & contrasted the results with those from ANSYS.

3)   Designed & Fabricated an “Energy Regenerative System” that recovered the kinetic energy lost by vehicles while moving over speed breakers into useful electrical energy. Employed a kinematic mechanism along with dynamo and spring dampers.

4)   Employed Six Sigma Technique to arrest leakage issue in Exhaust system of Heavy commercial Vehicle at TATA Motors, Lucknow. Implemented Statistical Control Charts, Why-why analysis & Man Machine Material analysis to identify & rectify the root cause.

5)   Studied and Upgraded the Vehicle Tracking System using GPS in lorries carrying HSD & MS at BPCL.

if you want to be an academician,i strongly recommend you to try fast-track phd but your chance may be a bit low on Top 10 schools.Good luck
