Some people argue that successful leaders in government, industry, or other fields must be highly competitive. Other people claim that in order to be successful, a leader must be willing and able to cooperate with others.

Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should address both of the views presented.

Indeed, successful leaders in government, industry, or any other fields are highly competitive in nature. Leaders should not only have to be competitive but also willing & cooperative in order to attain their goals towards the road to success. In today’s rapidly changing world where everyone is striving to succeed in their areas of expertise knows the importance of meeting new people, making friends/connections & working together all while maintaining good relations is an integral part of the success & the journey to achieve it.

If every person sticks to these qualities & thinks in the same as the potential leaders think then there is no doubt we are to witness some great leaders in the near future who might change the world for good. Hence, to be successful in the field you like to work one must possess these qualities of success.
