GRE CHOICES

I am applying for msc engineering , I have 2 options of GRE score. I am international student ( my undergraduate was in english ) my ielts 7 

1. V;148 Q;162

2.V;145 Q;165

3.V;140: Q;170

How is your TOEFL? If it is really good, I would go with the 170. If not, I'd go with #2, since the Q is still top tier and the V isn't question-raising for an international student.

Thank you for attention, I used IELTS ; 7.5/9.0 what would you suggest ?

That's well above the minimum, even for less quantitative fields, so I'd go with the 170 and knock the statements of purpose/letters of rec out of the park.
