University Confusion

Hello Friends,

             I need some help from experience folks out there, Those who can really help please reply to this as i am in serious trouble in selecting universities. Here is my profile:

GRE: Q:161;  V:146; AWA:3.0

TOEFL:93

LOR: 1 STRONG; 2 AVERAGE

SOP: AVERAGE

 

UG(BE IT):5.51/10 (15 Back logs, completed in normal 4years)

Work Ex:(3 years) CO-Founder in IOT based Start-UP; Got Funded 2.5cr; Clients: Government Agencies and Government distribution companies; I have worked in a multiple role(Business Consultant and System Designing for the system): Have deep knowledge in power distribution technologies. 

Ambition: MS is Computer Science

Query: With low CGPA and an Average GRE and TOEFL score, Which University will be safe for me?
