But now he is planning for career change and planning to study ICC certification and testing course(https://www.freedombusinessschool.com/blog). He is of the view that the certificate carries much value. I am non-voice in this. As a protective dad I am concerned for his career and I don't want him to lose his current job due to this reason. When I told him about this he told that he is not going to loose his job as he is planning for distance education or evening classes. Will it be useful? Please give your suggestions. Let him deal with the consequences of his decisions. If it hasn't happened already, you're concern that he'll fail and your desire to protect him are going to cost him opportunities to succeed.
