School: Temple University
Program: Clinical Psychology PhD
Date of Notification: 03/18/17
Method of Notification: Phone call from DCT
Thoughts: Thrilled and relieved! I was first alternate on the waitlist. I accepted on the spot. I loved everything about this program--the lab, the faculty, the students.

Just barely found this thread so I apologize for my delayed post!

School: Florida State University
Program: Clinical Psychology PhD
Date of Notification: 02/20/17
Method of Notification: Email from POI
Thoughts: Super thrilled since FSU was my first choice, and a little surprised. I thought I had bombed interview day and I was the only undergraduate interviewing for my POI. Though I think they may have accepted more than one student.

Congrats!! Super tough program to get in. You'll love Boston!

I just saw this. Thank you!!! I appreciate it. Yes, it apparently is one of the most competitive programs in the country, so I am still kinda amazed.

Here's to hoping imposter syndrome doesn't kick in, but keeping just enough of it to always remain humble. :)

Is anyone else still waiting to hear on Sam Houston or has gotten in? Not-so-patiently waiting/hoping to get off the waitlist....

School: Yeshiva - Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology
Program: School-Clinical Child Psychology, PsyD
Date of Notification: 3/2/17
Method of Notification: Email
Thoughts: That was fast.... I just had my interview this morning haha

Do you mind if I ask what your financial aid/funding offer was from Ferkauf? I'm interested in their program for the future but the high cost of tuition has me wary :(

@dancedementia No problem! From what I understand they do not typically offer much financial aid and the tuition is definitely high. I was actually offered a 20k/year scholarship later on which was extremely generous and is probably very rare (and was a HUGE surprise). I'm not sure how that decision to give me that offer was made, but it is definitely a possibility.
