Virtual vs On-Campus Program

Hi all, 

I'm currently deciding between USC's virtual program and University of Washington's on campus program - I'd love some insight!

I'm from the Bay Area, so staying local would allow me to build a network here through field placements in my community, and USC has done a pretty good job with making its virtual program comprehensive. On the other hand, an on-campus program would probably provide a more robust education, and allow me to build stronger relationships with faculty and classmates. 

What do you all think? Anyone have any experience with either program?
