Aye Aye Maung
Hi all, I recently got my GRE Scores: 165V / 163Q / 4.0AW Those are decent scores but I am wondering whether I should do a retake. I am quite happy with my Verbal . However, I am not sure about my Quantitative. 163 is a high score, but then again, I am applying to Applied Math programs which require high quant scores as minimums. I am also an international applicant; so I am assuming my requirements are even higher. Any advice? ec0master
PhDs usually have higher requirements. Anyway, the advice depends on what school you are applying to. This suggests you results are not very good and give you 50% for UW Seattle. Lower ranked schools are possible. So, I would use this as an upper limit with your results. If you think this school is not high enough, you may want to retake GRE.
