Languages on CV

How would you represent being fluent in some aspects of a language but not others on a CV?

Let's say Italian is my native language. I can speak and understand it perfectly but haven't any idea how to read or write it. What would be a good way to put this? It may be field dependent too. In History, people generally want the breakdown of individual elements (reading, writing, aural, and speaking) because being able to translate other languages is an advantage in the field. Right now I have "fluent aural and speaking" but would like some more opinions on this.
