I just looked at the fares and schedule section of trailways and it looks like it doesn't list that route. But if you go through the purchase ticket process there looks to be a bus that goes from syracuse to ithaca every day around 4. Going from NYC and taking a bus is a pretty good option too.

Maybe take a look at http://www.trailwaysny.com, or Greyhound. There's also some kind of "limo" service too apparently.

Thanks! MS and PhD students are guaranteed funding but not MEng students. Worked out well for me since I couldn't really bring myself to commit to trying to do a PhD. The stipend in my admission letter was referred to as "an academic year stipend" which would mean Fall/Spring and not Winter/Summer.

I've been accepted to the MS CS program at Cornell and the stipend mentioned in my admission letter is 24k. Also, I'll be meeting with one of the CS professors there to chat about the program on Tuesday (2/25). If anyone has questions that they would like to get answered by a CS professor feel free to pass it along to me and I'll try to get some answers for you.
