hi, I know this is a long shot but I was just wondering if you could tell me anything about your time at NCCU? I have read some mixed reviews on the program and really want to make the right choice for my masters. Thank you so much

I went and looked back at mine, I'm not sure exactly what the prompt was, but I wrote why I chose that program, what I want to do as an SLP, what I was doing at the time (finishing up bachelor's degree) and what I had done in the past that would make me a good candidate (research, volunteering). I made it very straightforward, I didn't try to make it interesting or well written like a statement of purpose.

I don't know about the application for that program but the post bacc application for mine was very easy. And they let anyone in who fit the requirements, first come first serve. If I were you, I'd do it. You can always say no if they let you in.

OK I tried it again, and then it won't even let me make an open group without adding members. I'm doing my post bacc online so I don't have anyone added on FB or know anyone going to Central. So I went ahead and made a private group and added a dummy account that my friend made a while back as a member haha. Here's the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1547644988843054/

About Greensboro: They have sent it to some people, but not everyone. People say they're going in order... I know I submitted mine at the last second and I haven't heard back yet.

Hey, I just got my acceptance from them- did anyone get any information about assistantships?? I really want to go there but I didn't see anything about it in my letter and I might not go if I can't get any funding.

I got accepted with an offer for an assistantship! I had received the generic email about funding before, but not the open house.
