Could anyone tell me how easy it is to transfer credits from a non-us university to a us university and a us university to another us university. I have a 2.65 uGPA. Planning to work my ass off in a local university, get good recommendations and a good first year GPA and then apply again to US university.

Dear All, I am an Electrical Engineering student with , yes again, a low GPA i.e. 2.65. I missed the US universities deadlines for fall 2014 and will apply next year now. I will in the mean time apply to my home university and try to get as high a GPA as possible. My question is: Would it help in the application if I include a one-year graduate transcript with a good GPA with my undergraduate transcript in giving me a new admission for masters in electrical engineering in US university? Has anyone with such a GPA gotten into any US university, Is so which university and which universities accept students with such a GPA? Any advice will be useful. Regards, Syed Ali Hussain
