  1. Not admitted. Good luck to everyone!
  2. They will email about the notification for decisions but then current students will follow up and call on Wednesday. I received a message from a current student. PM if you want to get their username and contact them
  3. Hey guys I just received some info saying that they will be calling admitted students next Wednesday so we will know by Tuesday at the latest although I'm still hoping it's today! Good luck everyone
  4. I still think it will be today! Just based on past decision dates
  5. Well I guess tomorrow I'll hear about the Zuckerman Fellowship since no one else from the Kennedy School seems to have heard back yet so it could be a day full of decisions tomorrow. I'm hoping that I get back good news about HGSE and then I can watch Harvard play Yale for, essentially, the Ivy League title tomorrow night knowing I could be there next year. Getting the Zuckerman would be nice too but I can try and find other sources of funding if I don't get. Just need to get in! Good luck everyone and we have about 24 hours left!
  6. That's a highly specific question that they probably wouldn't publish. I think the only diversity stats they would release is "students of color" and male vs. female enrollment. Probably the only way to know this information is to be in the program itself. HGSE does emphasize diversity and, from this thread it appears there are quite a few international students, so I'm sure the diversity levels are high.
  7. I noticed in your block that you are applying to HKS MPP, too....have you heard back from the Kennedy School yet?
  8. I think it will be Friday as well. I am supposed to hear back this week on whether or not I have been given an interview for the Zuckerman Fellowship. I don't know if the interview is contingent on admissions to the respective school or not but I did notice on a past thread that an individual was notified several days before that he had been admitted before the rest of the masters applicants had found out. He had mentioned that he thought it had something to do with his fellowship interview, so if I hear anything then I will let y'all know
  9. I have midterms coming up and an article due at the end of the semester so I am trying to keep myself occupied with that but I still find myself checking scores of past accepted students, checking this forum, and checking the application page.
  10. Sorry to hear that whittylin, good luck with the other schools!
  11. I would definitely be integrating my legal and educational backgrounds together. I have experience with undocumented immigrant youth from Texas and have served in the dual capacity of legal aid and education. Just something that I would like to keep doing! The anticipation is killing me right now
  12. Nice! 3.5 from a state university in Texas. I'll have my JD in may with around a 3.0 GPA for law school. Not exceptional GRE scores either but did get a 4.5 on the AW that seems to be right at average for HGSE. I applied to the prevention research strand! Next week is looking like a promising date. I think they put "late March" on the website just as a precautionary measure and probably to limit the emails they get from applicants-- if it said "early March" or just "March" then I think after the first few days of the month they would probably get a large influx of admissions emails, calls, etc.
  13. Hey mcc, you are only the second person I've seen on this thread that applied to the PSP program! Do you mind sharing some of your stats? Just wondering what the profiles and backgrounds of other PSP applicants are lie....don't feel pressured at all, just curious!
  14. Let's just hope that the closed days due to the snow didn't cause any significant delays. I'm with some of y'all on the rereading of the SOP, etc. and thinking I have a good chance and then other days thinking I have no chance and that I should have retaken the GRE. I'm hoping my unique background will possibly help me. Is anyone else waiting on notifications from the Kennedy School regarding the Zuckerman Fellowship? I think we are supposed to hear back next week or early the following week.
  15. That's how mine looks, too. I don't think it will change until the decisions are ready.
