Will ABET Accredition of my UG College help in Admissions in US?

I'm from India, and all colleges here are not ABET accredited, very few colleges are. So will it really help in any form, if I am applying for the US universities? -
I recently gave the GRE, screwed it up, with a score of 308, V- 150, Q- 158. I don't think it is enough to get into a decent college in the US, for Environmental Engineering in Civil Engineering field. I have a CGPA of 7.97 and a TOEFL score of 101. I wanted to know if an ABET accredition would make the process a little easier for admissions in the US.
