  1. Second year applying for the same ETA program in Hungary! I'm working with my alma mater once again, and I'm hopeful that I'll have a more positive evaluation of my application. Good luck to everyone throughout this application period! I'm looking forward to our collective anxiety levels to rise exponentially until January...and beyond!
  2. Is this the PMF interview by any chance? I've got mine on Wednesday!
  3. Wow, yeah I had a mini-panic attack earlier today. UGH!
  4. Congratulations on your recommendation! If I remember correctly from reading through last year's forum, applicants to Mexico had a somewhat different application process for whatever reason. Applicants to Mexico found out they were recommended or not much sooner than applicants to other countries...so I think most of us will have to wait until January before we know anything else! Best of luck on your interview!
  5. Hey! Fellow Hungary hopeful here...I applied for the ETA - Roma Student Initiative. Best of luck to you!
  6. I'm trying very hard not to think about it! Hard to believe this is only the beginning of a verrrrrry long wait!
  7. Thanks for making that! Added my info. Now the real wait begins...oy!
  8. I'm in the same boat! Submitted a few weeks back, got the e-mail from Embark, still waiting on the one from Fulbright... I wonder if they'll all go out on the 14th?
  9. 15 days until the application deadline! I hope everyone is handling the anxiety better than I am!
  10. Hm, interesting. Thanks for the info!
  11. Sine, you mention several times that the university ranks its applicants. I don't know anything about this. Do they rank by country, by grant type, or are all applicants put into a general pool and ranked #1-#x (number of endorsed applicants)?
  12. Hello, all! I've just submitted all my application materials to my alma mater, and I've got an interview scheduled next week with the campus committee. Former or current applicants, do you have any specific interview advice? I've been told it is not adversarial by any means, and the committee truly wants the best for all applicants. It's hard to see it that way though, and my nerves are getting to me! I have really just been going over all my materials with respect to the Campus Committee Evaluation Form, as found on the Fulbright website. Good luck to everyone going through interviews over the next few weeks! (Oh, and are there any other applicants to Hungary? I haven't seen any on this thread yet!)
