Hi guys, Center for Applied Math at Cornell and Applied Mathematics and Computational Science at UPenn. Both are Ph.D. programs. Which one do you think is better? Thanks.

Hello everyone. I would like to pursue a Ph.D. degree in mathematics and my verbal of GRE is only 153 and AW is 3.0. I wonder whether it's too low and will lead to a significant disadvantage. Since I have to take the GRE subject in Oct., I only have limited time. So I am hesitating that if I should retake the GRE general. Waiting for your suggestions. Thanks.
