Hey all. I am interested in applying to both MA and PhDs in I/O psychology. From my research it seems like most programs are geared toward students who want a career in academia, but I am planning on entering industry after grad school. I have a fairly strong application with lots of research experience. I am particularly interested in topics related to well-being. Can you please give me some idea of the top programs that are geared toward people who want to go into industry?
