hi all, I am an international applicant willing to pursue my education in the united states in P.H.D or M.A(political science). The problem is my Low undergraduate (GPA 2.75) , my Graduate GPA is a bit higher (3.66). I am not familiar with american educational environment so I am so concerned about my whole application, does it seriously hurt my overall application? it,s worth mentioning that my I am applying for Kent state university(p.h.d), Wayne state university(p.h.d), University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee(M.A) Thanks a Million
