I created a web app (http://genewarrior.com) for sequence manipulation tasks such as reverse complement, translation, multiple sequence alignment, sequence logos, basic phylogenetic trees, primer design etc. I hope that it's useful for the community and would be glad about any feedback or suggestions on how to further improve the tool.
