  1. GRE Prep Company http://www.greprep.co offers that for $10.
  2. For the Kaplan course you mentioned, it doesn't seem to drive great results according to the data this website collects: http://www.bestgreprepbook.com/ Considering it's also very expensive, maybe you should stick with Campus Prep offered by your school and see how well you do first and decide if you need extra help. Unfortunately the above website doesn't have statistics on Campus Prep
  3. If academic perspectives are equal to you, pick the location then. Princeton is a nice and peaceful college town while Berkeley is "fun" and hip. (I went to Berkeley for a master degree in EE) Some people love the environment and some hate it. Visit the campus before making your decision if you can.
  4. If you are applying for PHD, this is good enough. Your research area and fit to the school will be more important. If you are applying to master program, 164Q will only be an issue if you are extremely unlucky. For examples, all the applicants this year are very strong, etc
  5. Either will work. Yes Solicon Valley recruit a lot in California, but it's not like you can't move to California from New York. You should pick the program that fits your needs or have professors you like. If all things are equal, I would pick based on life style. LA and NYC are two different beasts. Both are awesome city, but very different
  6. Agree with this. I've also worked in the valley for two big companies: G and A. Unless you are fresh out of undergraduate and/or major in non-technical/non-natural science field, ivy name doesn't matter. To a certain degree, it could actually hurt... Just focus on real work, your domain knowledge and hands on experience.
