something i can tell u : university of nh notifying next tues

got my first rejection --Ohio state. No surprises except the really nice rejection email...did they basically say everyone's application was competitive and ask them to reapply? I'm trying to see the silver lining here but I'm not sure if I'm reading too far into it. Anyone know who will be notifying next week?
