Is anyone planning on turning down their offer at PITT? It's my top choice and I'm anxiously hoping I make it off the wait-list. Subfield is world politics.

Has anyone been wait listed and/or rejected at Pitt? I received an email stating they were "interested in my app...and that they may be able to allow additional students in within the next two months...in that case we will contact you before mid-April"? The email looked very generic, and I'm not sure if this means I was wait listed or if this was sent in mass. Anyone get anything similar?

Hahah in the same boat, although I'm awaiting on 8 schools. I received an email notification today......but sadly it was Expedia asking me to complete a survey! Oh the wait continues.........

Thanks -- good to know. I never got an interview there, and only saw two interviews posted, which seems odd as historically they have interviewed a lot of people. Naturally i'm thinking the worst!

Has anyone else unsubscribed to all of their various email newsletters and what not? Every time I get an email and it's not from a school I'm applying to I'm like Now at least I get excited/let down less frequently ahaha

Yea i've heard absolutely nothing either. I'm hoping for PITT, Rochester, Vanderbilt, possibly Cornell this week.

Can you link to me to the "i would not attend Uconn" page, as I seem incapable of finding it. I applied there, but as my bottom choice, and I really don't plan on attending. Just curious.
