I am still waiting to hear from Stanford, but I see a few people already accepted. I am also wondering if the majority of their acceptance letters have been sent out...

I am not sure, but as long as we don't see a bunch of rejects appearing on the results search page, I think there still might be a chance that they're not done yet. Also, you might want to check your application status on the Yale Graduate Application Website. I was accepted first by an unofficial email from a professor and a few minutes later got another (generic) email saying that the decision has been made.

Does anyone know if UChicago has sent out the bulk of their acceptance notifications yet?

I guess Columbia has started to send out acceptance letters as well. Just got one from the department!

I also got only a generic email from the Chair professor of Chemistry saying that I'm admitted to UC Berkeley and some information on the stipend and visiting weekends, although I've been in contact with one of the professors and also included his name in my application...

I just requested my POI to recommend some recent papers from the group (because he never really seems to update his group website so I couldn't honestly get a clue what I will be doing). I'm supposed to have a phone call from him some time this month and talk about research plans and stuff.. ergh.

Any physical chemist here who got accepted to UC Berkeley? I keep seeing that more and more people get some sort of acceptance letters or calls from POIs from UC Berkeley this week but I haven't heard back... Just getting a bit nervous because Berkeley was one of my top choices.

Hi, has anyone here got an interview offer from Princeton? I've been in contact with one of the professors before and after submitting the app and I am now a bit confused because a completely new professor emailed me to have an interview... The email doesn't say any specific thing other than the interview schedule so I really don't have a clue what is going on. Would this mean that my POI no longer considers me as a prospective student in his lab? Or does anybody know what the interview process is like?
