I am seeing admits for mech , civil and ieor on gradcafe results. whatever happened to eecs???

I have applied to the Data Sciences track in EECS. Yet to hear anything.

I got a mail today from UC Irvine that my application was closed because of missing documents. I am applying to their Masters program. Although the application status shows that all my test scores, LOR's are received and updated, and USPS shows confirmation of delivery of transcripts on their tracking. This is one of my top choice. Are my chances ruined? Freaking out about this.. I have called and emailed them to let me know what is missing, but no response.. Anybody else been in this situation before?
