I was selected for an ETA in Thailand and we received and email about a week after the (P) email and they said it wouldn't be until June that we will receive the rest of the paperwork in the mail (Grant Auth, financial info, placement, orientation details). They said they now spend this time rereading our applications to work on placing us in schools. So it could be similar for Taiwan (or other countries).

OH NO! I did the same thing. Have you heard anything about resubmitting it? Or are you going to delete it and resubmit it?

I'm glad other people are going through the same phases of Fulbright as me... March 1- THE TIME HAS COME! Yay notifications! Any day now I should find out... April 1- I'm over this My friends tell me, "you've been saying any day now for a long time.... " (But actually any day now? Right!?)

My FPA told me that she receives and email at the same time I do informing her of my status. I would assume it is the same across the board for all FPA. Fulbright is pretty consistent with everything they do.

From the link nsnotable posted the Fulbright site states: "The Fulbright Self-Service Portal will be available to selected candidates starting Friday, March 20, 2015." That must mean there will be a lot of notifications going out this week.... Right?

While I'm playing the waiting game with everyone else, it's nice to think that someone (or several someone's) read our applications and believed in what we had to say, and why we want this, and recommended us for a grant. Best of luck to everyone!

Was recommended for an ETA in Thailand... and now I am spending all my time obsessing and 'lurking' while waiting for final decisions... I haven't been able to reread my application for fear I may find some sort of mistake! Does anyone know if Thailand ETAs have interviews? Also does anyone know what the process is like between now and final decisions?
