Definitely check out the Erasmus Mundus programmes offered by the European Union. I am currently in the application for the COSI program (Applied Color Science) and its mobility is between France, Spain, and Norway/Finland with opportunies for a final semester in a larger number of places including Japan, and Thailand. Each program has a unique mobility scheme, so check out the list of offerings here ( http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/erasmus_mundus/results_compendia/selected_projects_action_1_master_courses_en.php ) It might be a bit late to apply for this Fall 2015, but best of luck, and share what your plans evolve into! ~Sean
