Apparently, I'm being placed at Wolfson (although haven't heard anything official from them yet). Anyone know anything about Wolfson - good, bad, or otherwise?

I just received an email that my first choice college (merton) is unable to accept me. Does anyone know how long it takes for another college to consider you? At this point, are all the "popular" colleges filled? Thank you!

I was told the History department is trying to send out funding decisions this week and if you haven't heard from them by "mid-April," you should assume you will not be getting anything.

Feanor - how did you find out about Clarendon? I've been accepted for DPhil in History and was told funding decisions would be made by "mid-April".

Anyone applying for a DPhil at Oxford?? I applied to the History program and the website says that decisions come out in "late March".... anyone have a sense whether this is an accurate timeline?
