hi all, anyone here planning to be admitted on UMCP this fall ? I will be glad if I can find one I will be joining this year for PhD prog. in CS.

I feel very much weird at work now, specially my boss seems very hostile now Everyone in my office knew that I was applying but when I officially told them after getting acceptance, they are acting like I have done some crime ! Now I have to keep this job for at least two more months for the money but it has become so hard to undergo this much tension and abnormal behaviour from the upper management.

I also got admission acceptance email. but am not sure about the cost . i want to know what is the living cost per month there in maryland. anybody there ?

one of my referees also have not provided lor in time. i mailed to cs dept, and got the reply that he can send reco later to an email address i got with the reply. and i was also told that 2 lor will be ok to review my application.
