I'm 2/3 done with my MSW program. I've lost my passion. I've lost my drive. I wanted to do extraordinary work - but I have been reduced to spending most my time doing paperwork. It has played a large role in the demise of my relationship and my self-worth. Is this the reality of this profession? Thoughts?
