Professor I saw on my run: "How was your day?" My response: "Well I did NOT get rejected today, so just fine" ....yes sad but true...

Wow! Now the program I'd give anything to get into doesn't have my GRE scores, found out by calling today, other schools have them from the same testing date, I know I used the correct school name....hopefully I don't have a long stressful time on the phone figuring this out tomorrow aahhh will the stress end...

Someone suggested to me that I call ETS and find out what cycle the scores were sent out on. Maybe you can do that an it'll fix things quickly without costing money. :)

Thanks, I am expecting some rejections, it just hurts so much worse from a school where you don't see it comming..

grant me the serenity to accept the rejections I cannot change, the courage to not compulsively check my email, the patience to deal with this terrible wait, the wisdom to know the difference between being rejected and being waitlisted, and the luck I need to get funded at the school I so badly want to go to.

The past two years have been one hell of an uphill battel, but today I got in, with no funding, of course for intl students which I am , it cost 50 grand to go there, therefore I can't go,....might as well have been a reject #stillwaiting

yeah, I've had some terrible luck that lead me to applying again...but I really believe I have a shot at fudning at the school that I really want to go too, and if so maybe bad things really do happen for a reason....:) congradulations on accepting crazygirl2012!! I hope you had fun celebrating :) cuz I know soon enough, I will!

I'm 6 credits away from graduating, have completed the bulk of tough linguistics credits, have multiple degrees, have survived all but one of a certain teachers exams, have pour hundereds of hours into applying to graduate school, have studied abroad, and have made the deans list....yet this whole waiting for acceptences may be the thing that kills me
