Hmm...you have a pretty strong profile but I would also apply to a few schools such as GW, UChicago, American, etc. You have a good GPA but remember that the average age admitted to programs like WWS and HKS is 27-28, and they mostly have around 3 to 4 years of work experience. -
My gut reaction is that I think you will probably need to increase the quality of your work experience and be able to explain your work experience in a way that makes your future seem cohesive and feasible. Also depends on your recommendations, so if enhancing (not just lengthening) your work experience will make your recommendation letters better, then it is very likely your chances can be bolstered.

Applying Straight from Undergrad: Worth It?

Besides finding a regular job, there is also AmeriCorps, Teach for America, teaching English in X country abroad, applying for various fellowships to work abroad (i.e. Fulbright, Princeton in Asia)...among other options.
