    30 days until I'm supposed to move out and I still haven't found a place to live! >.< Going to school out of state is frustrating!

      Some apartment complexes I've seen only require 30 days notice that you're ending your rental contract, meaning that the apartments only go on the market 30 days before the move- in date. Keep looking.

    After a long medical road starting in September, I've finally been diagnosed with GERD. Follow up with them next week and a sleep study in August. Grad school hit my body like a truck O.o

    How do I get my energy back? I just feel like I want to sleep all the time even on weekends when I can sleep in a little longer. I have 0 energy.

      Eating a balanced diet - lots of fruit, veg & wholewheat carbs. Low energy might be a sign of iron deficiency, so eat lots of red meat/leafy veg. Then drink plenty of water.

      In my university the TAs and Research Assistants are part of the academic's union - along with the adjunct staff too, which is rather good. Part of the problem is that American labour laws are a lot less protective than European ones across the board (e.g., maternity/paternity leave, holiday allowances, ease of firing employees).
