It was pretty bad! Their still trying to finalize funding for the department. Since it's the only school I like, I can afford to wait into they figured things out. Hoping to hear something back a lil before April 15th.

Did anyone else get their award letter and acceptance letter from UPenn today via email notification...?

Did anyone apply to Ox-Bow Fellowship or Residency? Waiting to here from them....

I had my interview the same week they sent out acceptance....I don't know how to feel about this! Congrats to accepted print folks, did they tell you about funding...?

To SAIC Printmedia folks! Had my over the phone interview with 3 department faculty and it was odd! The interview lasted less then 15 mins and they only ask 4 or 5 questions and none of which where specific to my work! Even offered to send them links to my newer work in the hopes that maybe it would strengthen my chances, but they said they where already interested in the pieces I already had. It did seemed like they had made up their minds about my application... Printmedia should here back 2-3 weeks, maybe sooner for accepted people. They take only 11 applicants...

It's at 3:30CT and I'll be sure to ask them! I think I'm the reason for the hold up. lol

Got my phone call from UPenn yesterday, accepted! Will be attending if the funding is right because I don't plan on paying for grad school. This is my dream program so fingers crossed! Make up SAIC Printmedia Interview Tuesday!

I didn't attend SAIC Interview day thingy this past Saturday, surprise people haven't posted anything about it yet??!?!? Also has anyone else herd from UPenn??? Looks like they began accepting and rejecting people around this time.

WHEN and WHICH department? Someone has supposedly been accepted into painting also, but they gave no further details. I haven't seen anyone posting anything regarding Interdisciplinary Studio, Photography, and Sculpture yet on the forum.

Naw, she would've said it was for people who had been interviewed. There's still a chance for everyone who hasn't herd and you shouldn't count yourself out. You can call UCLA to be sure...

UCLA admission decision should be announce very soon! I would advise calling them if you guys still have concerns! Glad to see the UCLA drama come to an end soon...

I emailed them twice, and still got no response! It seems as if my emails are being ignored or something??? This is typical UCLA shenanigans, this situation is a exact replica of previous years freak out forums. I did some research and they even forgotten to notify a few applicants of their admission decision. Debating on withdrawing my application today...

I just emailed UCLA Admissions, hopefully they'll respond back...

Had my UPenn interview yesterday, and they will be contacting everybody who applied with a decision within the next 2 weeks! They're interviewing 60 and will be accepting about 18! UCLA has the slowest MFA admission process in the world.

UPenn seemed to have contacted applicants for interviews. I think UPenn started interviewing this Monday, and they go into next week Friday. Wednesday is the last day for Skype interviews.

I applied to Interdisciplinary studio at UCLA also, and haven't herd back yet. Got some hits from Los Angeles, not sure if it's from UCLA....

Kinda upset that UPenn in-person interviews are so soon! Kinda wish I was made out of money right now....

Herd about the Paris trip, don't think they're offering that this year sadly. If I get in I'm going to consider enrolling for the summer! What did you friends think of it?

Did everybody receive their Yale notification all at once today, just being nosy...? Doesn't seem like my application was even reviewed sadly, most likely because of the glitch that occurred when I tried to submit my application.

My phone is not up and running properly, so I'll be missing any and all potential interview invites. I just emailed UPenn like I did SAIC informing them of my predicament. *fingerscrossed*. @untitledforhim where you also notified by phone, email or both? Thanks @paint_and_destroy! SAIC on-campus event seem like an all day event, they even have a reception!!!!! (I hope they have food) I was told a confirmation email with all the details of the on campus even will be sent out next week sometime. From what I herd during portfolio review they only take 8 for Printmedia..... correct me if I'm wrong....

I KNOW, it's crazy!! Just to think they don't even offer fee waivers!!!!!

Congrats SAIC Printmedia folks!!! I know you guys got a phone call but did you all receive an email with addiction to a change in SAIC slidroom status? My phone is currently not up in running, but I would assume that they would contact all interview candidates today...?
