This is how I stand
Alfred-in with $
Univ. of Cincinnati- in with $
Rejected
Yale
Stanford
Temple-Tyler
Waiting on....
VCU
USC
Update:
Got 2 rejection letters today, one from Tyler, the other from Stanford, so this is how I stand:
Univ or Cincinnati: In with dinero
Alfred: Alternate
Tyler, Stanford, Yale: Rejected
USC and VCU: Still waiting, but doesn't look good.
I talked to them this morning, they said they had sent out letters at the end of last week. So check your mailbox.. but based on the conversations about interviews, I'm starting to doubt.
HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
I'm sure every school is different. This is how it works based on my UG school. They pick their in's, and their waitlisted's (but don't tell you're waitlisted) and if they hear no's from their in's then they start contacting their waitlisted's. So from my UG school, if you haven't heard from them yet it means you're on the fence. Now, if you call them, they'll tell you straight up, you've been waitlisted.... Hopefully this helps
How does it work at other schools?
University of Cincinnati-Accepted with $
Yale- Rejected
Alfred- Alternate
Waiting on...
USC
STANFORD
TYLER
VCU
If I havent been called about an interview....Im assuming I didn't get in...Any insight would be great! I can't wait any longer.
