I know everybody hates profile evaluation threads but because of my unusual stats, I don't know which school is reach or safety to me. What do you think about my chances? Are there any schools that you consider applying as a waste of money for me? I am open to any suggestions. Thank you.

Any Other Info That Shows Up On Your App and Might Hurt: I know my uGPA is killing me but it is because of the grading policy of my institution and my professors will mention this in their LoR.
