Status? Accepted by UofT woohoo! It's my top school, so I won't be waiting for Western's response  Wishing everyone the best!
re: funding for MA-- it's very rare in Canada iirc, but I'm not sure about the American system

Hi everyone! I'm a professional writing BA who just got accepted to University of Toronto's MI program, and I couldn't be more thrilled ^_^ Here's hoping the best for everyone still waiting!

Oh, I see! Yeah, I see what you mean then. Even weirder that the adviser said something like that to you, when obviously they aren't too old. I'm glad they were wrong though!

After a series of weeks of having nightmares where I get rejected, I finally received my acceptance while I was hunched over my laptop, clicking around the internet in boredom! Not very glamorous, but I saw the email and started trembling and crying LOL found it hard to think about anything else for the rest of the day.
