My friend and I think they separated it (by some arbitrary standard) to avoid crashing the system - knowing we’d all log in repeatedly to check if the results were there whether we got an email or not after getting log in info ?. So maybe this afternoon the rest of us will get log in infos and then results spread through tomorrow.

I'm from an Ontario uni with a quota, last name C, and committee 4... and nothing yet either. Who knows how this thing is actually rolling out. 

I'm in Alberta, and submitted through the institution. Got the email 2 hours ago. Could be by institution?

I am from Queen's last name J and no email yet for me either.

Yeah I'm a quota applicant in Ontario and me and the other person nominated in my department haven't received any emails yet.

i have high hopes as i was Vanier wait listed this year.. so i hoped SSCHR would work out.  but we'll see.

Let's reframe - if we were not selected, we did not lose. We simply were not selected. It is like figure skating or any other judged event. There are political, social, cultural and personal biases that enter into a reading of our applications. We are all winners in the sense that you are in a PhD program and you will not have lost your work, you/I were simply read by someone who had other priorities. Peptalk to myself. ?
 

Applicant through UQAM in QC (applied in French, i don't know if that'll change anything). Last name D, just got the email.
Btw, the email is titled "Extranet for SSHRC Competition Results" which gave me about 26 simultaneous heart attacks because I initially only read "SSHRC Competition Results". Be warned, hahaha. 
The login is on the NSERC Portal (influence.nserc-crsng.gc.ca), full personalized link in the email.
* edit * the first email contains your username (email), second email has your generated password. 

 
*edit 2*: here's what the portal looks like, if that helps assuage any of yalls stress. it's extremely basic, which is a blessing, because nothing is worse than overly convoluted portals where nothing is intuitive...

Agreed - I'm trying to finish a paper and I cannot concentrate! LOL. 

Hoping there will be some update today...even regarding the Extranet or how to access results...

Happy Monday everyone! We made it through the weekend and if all goes according to plan, some or all of us will finally have some SSHRC closure this week. 
...in the meantime (largely speaking to myself here ?),  let’s do our best to attend fully to the people, tasks, and self-care that will be with us long after the momentary adrenaline of our results arriving.
