RELAX. Go on vacation!! Soak in this amazing feeling. Do minimal work until you start your program. It’s impossible to understand the amount of work a phd is going to be and you’ll really miss this time of not having any huge stressors/responsibilities. 
 
I left my post bac two months before I had to move for my program and went to California and Hawaii. I also read a lot of fiction books. 
 
Also, congrats everyone! You DID IT!!

Looks like you have a solid shot. 
 
However, I wouldn't hang so much on that perfect SAT score. Graduate programs will not care about that. It mattered for undergrad, but don't get caught up clinging to that achievement. Instead, focus on your great GRE scores. I wouldn't even mention the SAT to grad programs as it might indicate immaturity since most college graduates don't talk about SAT scores. 

For the next 5 or 6 years, you'll have plennnty of time to do research, sharpen up or learn research related skills. What you won't get is this golden opportunity to really relax and have fun without feeling guilty about all the pending, piling workload. So, paleesssee, guys, take time out to celebrate and (shamelessly) pursue your fun-goals. You have definitely earned it.
