  1. Wondering if maybe this will extend the deadline for final decisions?
  2. I am still waiting too! Haven't heard anything and it still saying in review.
  3. It wasn't until I just got into University of Oregon and I can't go visit. I've literally never even been to Oregon and now I don't know how to make an educated decision.
  4. Same I never even got a confirmation that they got it. I just got the email that they got a ton and they were going in order that they were received. Hoping there's a second interview date maybe.
  5. I have not been accepted nor denied yet! I some saw acceptances and some denials so I'm assuming its in waves based on when you applied?
  6. I have an interview at San Marcos next week and I am soooo nervous so if anyone has any info for tips let me know!
  7. Hello! I was invited to an interview a Cal State San Marcos and I'm very nervous about the interview. I've interviewed and been admitted to another school but the interview was very relaxed and personal. I am seeing in some old forums that the CSUSM interview is heavily content based and they want you to know anatomy/phonetics. Is this true? Looking for more recent information from the past year or two. If so what should I brush up on? Neuroanatomy? Speech mechanisms anatomy? All phonetics? The interview is multiple hours long but I thought maybe it was for room for a tour but now I don't know about that. Also heard there is a separate assessment if you indicated you speak another language. Any tips? Any advice would be great thanks!!
  8. I've read through a lot of threads here but I haven't really found anyone that seemed like me that got in somewhere. I'm really really terrified I just wasted 4 years of my life in undergrad pursuing a degree that I can't do anything with. My GPA after this semester will probably be in the 3.19-3.25 or higher range. I think 3.33 is as high as I can get. Taking the GRE in a month. My practice test scores are rough right now (145 range for both) but I think I can get those up easily in a month. I do research with a PhD student at a school studying children with learning disabilities and reading comprehension intervention. I teach a college level course for freshman students who are Speech & Hearing majors about academic success. But I don't have any clinical hours/experience/observation technically. Does that matter? I have have a second concurrent degree in Family & Human Development. I have hardcore anxiety about asking for LORs because I don't have a close bond with any professors. HELP anything is appreciated or link me to another forum where I can get more info. Sorry this is long and very "me" focussed but just haven't had anyone reliable to ask.
