  1. I am not particularly sure. But last time when I did not get in and got in contact and got a vague reply I considered it as a soft reject.
  2. Congrats! Even I have been shortlisted for the SFU Interview and the Mock Counselling Video. Would you have an pre tips that you could PM me.
  3. Has anyone heard back from the University of Manitoba for the MEd stream?
  4. I know someone who has got their offer and accepted it. This was end of Feb, if you have had your interview maybe directly reach out to the department they will be able to tell you the outcome of the application.
  5. I reached out to the department and this was the msg: We have already informed successful MED applicants, and we will be sending out rejection later in early March.
  6. Everyone who has not heard back it is unfortunately a rejection. All offers have been sent! they will send out rejections in early march.

  8. Last application cycle UofT's counselling (MEd) programs released offers in April first weeks and rejections simultaneously. I am working as a rehabilitation officer currently in a Traumatic Brain Injury unit for over 8 months, along with some volunteer work in varied clinical settings in the UK. I have close to 3 years of research experience and continue to work as a research assistant in counselling psychology, currently working on 2 publications one of which I am the first author.

  11. Hey, I am also waiting and hoping that they would send out information soon. I did not receive any informal interview but was in contact with my PI, since Jan its been radio silence. A pattern I have observed last few years is that they usually send out invites 2-3 days prior so maybe a little hopeful. I sent the dept a mail and they just reverted saying they hope to send out the first round of offers by end of Feb. Also can you DM your PI initials?
