Thank you! Honestly i graduated undergrad last year which a science background, i did take some computer science courses during that time and it reflected on my transcript. In terms of work experiences, I worked a lot in labs, pharma , and lightly into healthcare. I will say that I also have personal experiences that I spoke about that resonated/aligned with the aims of the program. Hope that helps.

Btw I emailed the grad admission coordinator and they told me " The first round of acceptances is likely to be sent out by mid-April. After that, admission decisions will be sent out on a rolling basis, according to program targets and applicant decisions"!
I hope that helps anyone who is also waiting for their results!

Thank you! I worked as a registered pharmacy technician for a few years and then went to McMaster for my undergrad in socsci. While I was doing my degree I transitioned to a role as a medical administrative assistant for a family physician and from there I was able to network with other physicians, drug reps, and health software company reps to find my new role. I have heard from other people that leveraging your contacts is the most effective path to pivoting into a new industry and I would have to agree. If you don't have a large network, my other suggestion would be to find people on LinkedIn at companies that you're interested in and ask if they're willing to share some info about how they landed their role, or if they would be willing to hop on a call with you to give advice, and then try to maintain those relationships with them
