  1. Looks like this is the only admit im getting... can only one comment on the CMU ECE program?

    Is it any good? Is it well respected outside of engineering (i.e. in the finance world?)? Is it well known internationally? i.e. In Asian countries?

    Any other comments on CMU would be nice to hope me decide...

  2. I just got the acceptance letter from CMU ECE PHD.

    However, the first paragraph of the letter says "This offer is subject to your receipt of support from NSERC". I however got rejected by NSERC (Canadian government grant)... what should my course of action be? Why should it even be subject to NSERC... I can self fund....

    It is also with the Mobility Research Center at CMU's Silicon Valley Campus... is that good or bad?

  3. I just got this email... I submitted my scores in Nov, 10..... this is good news bad news? I just resent them my scores.....
