Doesnt help that this morning when I went to results search it was a sea of green on the front page.  Sure it was all other disciplines but still........

So today was the cut off for most of my applications, and I got them all in earlier this week. I am going to wait a week to make sure all documents were found(since I sent in my transcripts and stuff early) however this is still nerve wracking. I am the only person I know who thinks I wont get in and am already panicking.

How are the rest of you handling it? First thing I made sure of was I am not going to look at any of my written submissions, because I know that if I look at them I will find something and I will freak out about it.

Oddly enough it would be easier right now since I know the process is just getting started.  The last two months were hellish because I did not know if I had already been rejected, or if I was just in a pile getting sorted through.
 
Interview call went well.  Setting up a second interview for next week since I might be able to get a diversity fellowship.

At least I was able to get over the anxiety of thinking they didnt get my GRE scores and transcripts that I sent. Everything showed up and I have recieved confirmation that they have them, even if the website is not updated yet.

Well I get something new to obsess over.  Just notified that they had not recieved one of the forms they needed from the specific department.  So just sent that out.  Was this just a regular check and they do it for everyone?  Did I make it past some selection process where they now need it?

making bread with my christmas bread maker, and instead of freaking out about waiting for apps, I just passivly wait for the bread to finish.  Eating a fresh loaf of banana bread right now.

I dreamed that I got a call from Colombia(did not even apply there, dont have my program) saying I was accepted.

Next everything froze and I got the social link start screen.  Dont remember the card that showed, however I started a new social link.
 
I was then woken up by a phone call, and it was my dad......made me more pissed off than usual.

I re-read my post and realized that I sounded kind of douchey on the GRE scores thing and for that I appologize. After talking to other people I realized that those scores were actually pretty good, I just saw a bunch of people posting here who had better scores and was worried because they sounded worried.

I am meeting with professors for Letters of Rec next week and was wondering if anyone had any advice on steps I should take, good ways to message professors at the university to see if they are taking in students that fall, things of that nature.
