  1. Hello everyone, I am planning to apply for PhD programs in Statistics and/or Biostatistics. I am seeking advice about the programs I should target. I don't have much idea of which programs I should be targeting, so I'd like some advice based on my background. I graduated in 2018, so I spent a gap year after graduating without applying. I have a good exam ranking but I haven't published any paper yet and don't know if this will be a serious problem for my application.
