  1. In Applyweb, my application states that it is "Ready for Review." My question is does this mean that my application has not been opened yet? I was thinking that once someone has opened up my application it would go to "Under Review." I wanted to check because two people got an interview invite at the program I applied to and the suspense of knowing whether I got eliminated or not is killing me! ? Thanks!
  2. Hi All! I am anxiously awaiting news about PSU MSW acceptance news and wondering if anyone has received news yet. Thanks!
  3. Hello, I got the following mail from the Program Director about a month ago: "Thank you for taking time to talk with us yesterday. We will be making offers for admission before March 15." I'm yet to receive an offer. Does this mean I have been rejected? Thank you for your time.
  4. I am applying to a few programs in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering in the USA. Out of a total of 12, I have already applied to 8 programs. I will finish applying to the rest in the next two weeks. This thread is an attempt to bring together all applicants who will be joining Chemical Engineering and related programs like Environmental Engineering and Material Science. The reason for bringing these programs together is the common pool of applicants who apply there. The purposes of this thread are following- 1. Share possible good programs to apply to. 2. Share profiles of fellow applicants applying to the same programs. 3. Application related queries (official transcript related, possible answers to application requirements and so on) 4. Updates about application status. 5. Updates about admits and/ or rejects. 6. Bringing together applicants admitted to same universities. All the best!
  5. I was just wondering if it would be too forward to get in contact with a POI regarding my application status if I was in contact with them before submitting my application? I don't want to be an annoyance but she did say "feel free to email me with any follow-up questions" and that she looked forward to seeing my application. What do you guys think? Thanks!
  6. Hey all, If you are in my cycle for Summer/Fall 2012 for 3 year professional MArch program, and your applications are using apply yourself, how do we check our application status? Is there another portal or will that page just be update when we know (with an email notification)? I just don't want to mess up, since I didn't start another account at a different portal, I will list the schools applied to: BERKELEY COLUMBIA UW HARVARD MIT UT AUSTIN UCLA V TECH UO PARSONS RISD CCA SUNY BUFFALO U CINCINNATI UC DENVER U MINNESOTA CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF AMERICA SAIC PRATT
  7. I feel really stupid asking this, but I can't figure out how to check the status of my application for Emory. My "Application Recieved" email didn't mention it, either. For UMICH, I've pored over my Wolverine Access page and there's nothing that says "application status," like the UMICH website says there should be. Any clues on where this mysterious status is located within Wolverine Access? Thanks in advance for any tips and I apologize if this has been asked before!
