Not sure if this is the right place to post my question, but if there are any biomath/math/bio people hanging around your help would be very appreciated. I am a second-year undergrad at a large state university trying to plan out a course of study that will prepare me well for graduate school for biomathematics. I am considering doing a double-degree in math and biology. I am also involved in undergraduate research. I'm trying to make sure I take all the classes I need, and also that I graduate in a timely manner. I have heard that five years is ok as long as they don't think you're doin
Hi all, After a dreadful application season, I want to start my searching early and have been reading up on University of Colorado at Denver and Boulder, along with U of New Mexico. I'm interested in the Applied Math graduate program and more specifically into Biomath. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about these three schools?
Hi all, I'm an American student applying to the University of Nottingham and Warwick Biomath MSc programs. As I conjure up the statement of purpose, is it any different than American schools? Any tips, suggestions regarding the application process?
Hi all, I am looking at programs in Biomathematics and I was wondering, what exactly can Biomath grads apply to after graduation? I've been looking at Indeed and usually see jobs requiring Biostats and Bioinformatics, but never Biomath. Is it something ONLY for research (Research Triangle in NC, etc.) or an actual job job?
