  1. I am currently deliberating between Art History MA programs at Hunter and Christie's Education... I have been accepted to both and am totally torn between the two. My hesitation with Christie's is the cost! I really like the way their program is designed (unlike Hunter's general Art Hist. MA, it is very hands on and focused only on Modern/Contemporary Art and the Market) but it just seems to wayyyy too much money. Hunter is affordable and great but such a traditional program that it doesn't exactly carry the same allure as Christie's... Does anyone have any overwhelming pros/cons for either pr
  2. Hi everyone, I have been accepted to Masters programmes at Christie's Education, London and several universities in London for Fall 2016 admission. My undergraduate degree is from a British university and I will stay in London for my Masters. I am hoping to do a second Masters in the US (Fall 2017 entry) and am wondering what the reputation of a Masters degree from Christie's Education (or Sotheby's Institute) is in the US? I currently have no plans on doing a PhD and have researched into existing free-standing Masters programmes. How would US graduate admissions view my application if I appli

I don't have a normal educational background, and to explain this briefly, I did 2 year neuroscience of undergraduate in a top 30 university in US, and then I quit, because of my personal and family problems at that point of my life. I worked in the korean enterprise for 2 years, in field which was not related to neither in neuroscience nor art. Then I went back to my undergraduate education, this time not Neuroscience in the USA, but d
  4. Hi everyone. I'm going to be applying for grad school soon and I just wanted to come on here to ask for some advice. I'm a little torn between applying for Sotheby's Master's of Art Business at the New York location or the London location. If anyone on here has taken the course at either location can you tell me a little about your experience? Is there a reason that swayed you towards the city that you chose? Is there something that swayed you away from the other city? I would appreciate any input because I really don't know. Thank you so much!! Sidenote, Christie's is also in the running
