  1. Decisions are rolling out. Got a message from the GPS admissions office that my application has been "nominated for admission"! Now I'm just waiting for official communication after review by UC San Diego's Graduate Division. Anyone else got in?
  2. Starting a thread for MIA 2020 Admissions, since there aren't any yet. Got to hear of financial aid, however the wording is confusing. Is anyone else in the same boat?
  3. I have received admission from UCSD for their non-STEM MPP program in energy and environment specialization. I have also got into the STEM based MS in EST&P program with engineering and public policy specialization from Carnegie Mellon. In a dilemma about which one to decide. PS: After graduating, I would want to work as a policy analyst at think tanks/labs/research orgs.

  6. Dear All, I recently got accepted to the following universities which I am heavily considering: Yale's IDE Program- International and Development Economics (No Funding) UCSD GPS (Full Tuition waive off for one year)- MIA with concentration in International Development (Might choose a dual track option of ID with either Public policy or International Economics) UCLA MPP (Concentration International Development) (No Funding) Some other programs which I cant afford SAIS IDEV (No funding) , GWU Elliot IDS (no funding yet, might receive but no clue), American Universit
