I have been admitted to the Masters program at Virgina Tech, Blacksburg Campus. I have completed my undergraduation in electrical engineering. My work experience lies in the automotive industry. My area of focus is in Software and Machine Intelligence or Signals and Systems. I could choose between these two. I intend to study subjects concerning Machine Learning and work towards a thesis in autonomous systems. University of Pennsylvania Masters in Computer and Information Technology (MCIT) I'm having a tough time in finalizing the university to attend. Currently I'm inclined towards UPenn's MCIT program because of the course structure. However I hear a lot of people say that Ivy league colleges have lost their charm and the quality of faculty and research is deteriorating. How true is the observation in the case of UPenn? Is
